You can usually buy card decks that follow any number of themes and topics. There are lots of different decorative card decks you can find. You may be able to find card decks with ocean motifs for that under the sea party or even antique style card deck designs for parties that are set in the good old days of the 1950’s or 1920’s. There are even websites and companies that allow you to create your own card deck designs. You can also alter other elements of the card games to better fit with a themed party. Instead of using chips at an Under the Sea poker game why not use sea shells? Your guests will love it.

Many people are aware of the game strip poker, but there are other variations of poker that can be thought up to help the game fit better with a specific party theme. As mentioned before any number of southern, country and Mexican party themes would work well with a good game of Texas Hold’em. For fun you can create a game of costume poker and then make the costumes something that will fit with your party theme. Instead of having the loser take off a piece of clothing at the end of each round have the guests put on a piece of a costume. You can take pictures periodically of the guests slowly adding to their costumes to have some funny photos for your memory album.
